Our Espresso 101 course gets you behind the coffee machine, pouring shots, working on your latte art and learning tips and tricks for turning out consistently great coffee.

MASTERCLASS SERIES (FEBRUARY 27 - APRIL 3)
The Padre Masterclass Series is a set of classes designed as an all encompassing sensory training experience. The Masterclasses are ideal for anyone looking to develop their sensory skill set, coffee knowledge or considering sitting the Q-Arabica exam.
Each Masterclass draws upon an element from the Q-Grading course and is hosted by our qualified Q-Grader and trainer. The exercises within each class are modelled to the specifications and protocols as outlined by the Coffee Quality Institute and Specialty Coffee Association of America.

Our one-day intensive Roasters Course shares what we’ve learnt about running a successful commercial roastery. This course covers all the essentials of sourcing great green coffee to planning, executing and analysing the roast. Also discover some of the unique tools and techniques that have made our roastery a success. Courses are run in small groups with a maximum of four attendees.
