Cascara is the husk of the coffee cherry and we've sourced ours from Hacienda Sonora, in the Central Valley region of Costa Rica. When brewed as a tea, cascara exudes flavours of rosehip, cherry and cola.
Cascara tea instructions: Add 5g of Cascara to 250ml just boiled water. Brew for 5 mins before straining and serving. Add sugar if desired. Enjoy!
