Rich and full bodied cup with notes of chocolate, vanilla, plum and molasses. It has a beautiful buttery texture and balanced orange acidity.

This microlot was grown by Producer Maria Del Rosario at Finca Microlindo in Colombia's Tolima region. Maria was encouraged by her cousin to focus on picking ripe cherries, improve her fermentation and start drying her coffee on raised beds instead of mechanical dryers. In 2019, the hard work paid off as she sold 60% of her production as microlot quality.
This washed coffee was carefully hand picked in order to use only the ripest cherries. Later, cherries were fermented for 14 hours and later pulped and dry fermented for 30 hours. Afterwards, they were gently washed and placed on raised beds for 12 days until ideal moisture content was achieved.
